FCCLA wins awards at state conference

This past weekend at the state Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) conference, the following students won awards in their respective events:
Vasuma “Claire” Yarlagadda: Gold in Interior Design, qualified for Nationals (won her event)
Victoria Hedin: Gold in Focus on Children
Gauri Bajpai: Gold in Dynamic Dating, Silver in Focus on the Basics and received recognition for completing all 5 units of Power of One
Bajpai, Anisha Pareddy and Kristen Bourke: Silver in Chapter Showcase (Manual)
Steven Brisley: Silver in Job Interview
Anita Betbadal: Silver in Fashion Design
Chelsea Russell: Silver in Financial Planning
