Student brings air gun to school

According to a district press release, a Carmel student brought an air soft BB gun to school on Friday. Several fellow students reported seeing that gun and notified administrators.

The gun was then confiscated, and the student will be disciplined accordingly, the release said.

Principal John Williams informed school faculty via email shortly before school ended Friday and also called the homes of all Carmel students the same afternoon regarding the incident.
