A message from the editor-in-chief:
Hi everyone,
With the semester winding down, we will soon reach Winter Break! But at the HiLite, we have continued coverage for you, both in print and online. In this issue, you can find a front page and features story on the changing message and direction of the holidays for some students. In the sports section, look for photos recapturing the excitement and proud moments of the State football championship. We also have more photos online.
This issue, we also have an Acumen focusing on self-identity. Several students comment on what identity means to them and how it has shaped their lives. Contact Acumen editor Tian Yang at tyang@hilite.org with any comments or ideas for upcoming issues.
Questions, comments or concerns? Feel free to email me at jchen@hilite.org.
As always, thanks for reading.
